About the owner

Joe Laverdiere:

My oldest brother started a construction company when I was ten years old. All through high school, I grew up with construction. When I got out of high school, I started working with him, full time, for ten years. Then 20 years ago, I started my own residential remodeling Company. I enjoy remodeling and I am a on-hands business owner. I am the one who does the fine details of the remodeling. With the group of men helping me, we move swiftly through a project. I have had 30 years total of experience, I'm not like the typical business owner.

We recently had Joe and his team install a specialty window in our bedroom and a large powered skylight in our great room. We had talked to other installers but Joe seemed much more knowledgeable. He came
up with an idea to flare the bottom opening which gives much more light and the appearance
of a much larger skylight. He installed the skylight without the need for additional shingles which I was told by my builder was a sign of knowing how to do it right.
Joe paid a lot of attention to the details of the installation and made sure it was done right.
The opening turned out to be much taller and required a lot more work and materials than we anticipated but it was still done on budget. Joe is very easy to get in touch with and responds to texts quickly. I will be using him again and would highly recommend him and his crew for any job.

He presented a design, a schedule and a budget we liked. He personally oversaw the project day to day and made sure it stayed on schedule.
